Frequently asked questions
If you can't find what you're looking for, our health tips may help, or you can ask your practitioner directly.
Getting started
What kind of care can I find here?
Herbal medicine, alternative medicine (naturopathy, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, massage, acupuncture) and allied health (nutrition, dietetics, physiotherapy) practitioners, clinics and pharmacies — all verified before they can be found or booked.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes. Creating one takes a couple of minutes and lets you manage bookings, records and prescriptions in one place.
Is this for emergencies?
No. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital straight away.
Booking and payment
How do I book an appointment?
Find a practitioner, choose a service and a time, and pay securely. You can book in person or by video, phone, chat or WhatsApp where offered.
When is my payment released to the practitioner?
Your payment is held until after your visit, then released to the practitioner. If your appointment is cancelled or does not happen, refund rules apply.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from your appointment page, subject to the practitioner's notice period and cancellation policy shown at booking.
Records and privacy
Who can see my health records?
Only you and the practitioner treating you, unless you choose to share a record with someone else. You can see who has viewed your record and revoke access at any time.
Can I add family members?
Yes — the Family page lets you add a child or another adult in your care and book or manage their care alongside your own.
Prescriptions and diagnostics
How do I get a prescription filled?
Share it digitally with a pharmacy or herbal shop from the prescription page, or download it to print and take with you, or upload it to a pharmacy along with your question.
What if a diagnostic centre isn't handling my test request?
When no centre on the platform is attached, download the request, take it to any lab you choose, and upload the result yourself once it is ready.
In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
